Printing - Allocations and Costs
14.05.2024
Students yearly school fees provide a printing allocation per term that increases as they progress through each sub-school.
Students can increase their available pages by choosing mono (black and white) instead of colour in the printer properties at the time of printing.
Print options at school
Standard printing from school computers
Printing costs
Kyocera printers:
Black and White prints – 5c / page
Colour prints – 15c / page
Epson eco business inkjet printers (Library):
*Note* the initial price listed on the release station printer screen is the Kyocera price, but the actual price charged to your account will be the lower price if using an Epson printer.
Black and White prints - 2c / page
Colour prints - 8c / page
Selecting Duplex (printing on both sides of the paper) reduces the cost for the second page by 1c, as only a single piece of paper is used.
Allocation
Individual printing balances are updated per term and are cumulative for the current school year.
Years R-5 $3.00 per term (60 B & W or 20 colour pages)
Years 6-9 $4.50 per term (90 B & W or 30 colour pages)
Years 10-12 $7.50 per term (150 B & W or 50 colour pages)
If the terms allocation is exceeded, extra printing credit can be purchased from the front office.
