1. Click on the room you wish to connect to.

You will be then prompted to enter the room code.

This room code will be displayed on the ViVi screen [projector or television]

2. Enter the code and press Submit

You will then be presented with the screen below

IF YOU ARE A TEACHER

This will then open the room menu on your device - Click Present My Screen

This will cast or mirror your screen to the ViVi

When you are finished click Stop on the ViVi App

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT

After the code has been entered - there will be a button called 'Request Control'.

This will submit a request to the connected teacher to allow control.

*Please note - If when casting through an HP laptop the audio comes from the laptop and the television simultaneously, this requires an audio driver change. Please see TWC ICT Department*
