Accessing the Company Portal - Windows

Installing the Company Portal will automatically install the needed certificates and requires 2 simple setup steps to enable.
What is the Company Portal?
From June 2022 the Tenison Woods Company Portal will be available for use.
The Company Portal is an appstore that allows TWC students to install software and policies provided by the school very quickly and easily.
It lists software you can install and use for school and at home e.g. Naplan/SACE locked down browsers, Vivi or AutoDesk Fusion 360.
It works with both Mac and Windows laptops and will automatically install the internet policies required to use internet at school.
Note - This procedure for BYOD does NOT provide Tenison Woods College with your personal information from your device like passwords and browsing history.
Only technical details are made available, such as:
Device owner / Device Name / Serial / Device Model / Operating system / Add remove profiles

If you do not agree to these conditions, do not continue and instead use the manual certificate method to install the required internet access certificates. (here).
There are 2 Steps to complete:
- Add the Company Portal to your laptop
- You must then sign in to the Company Portal to register your laptop (and automatically receive the certificates)
Part 1 - Install the Company Portal program
1. Click Start

2. Type/search for Access work or school and select
3. Click Enroll Only in Device Management
You must ensure you select the option presented as enroll only in device management. Choosing something similar may cause you to receive errors.
The option may also be listed on the right side of the screen (Win10), or as a large rectangle (Win11)
4. Enter your school email address and password eg; s123456@tenison.catholic.edu.au
5. After a minute, click Got it when the option appears
This will install the Company Portal application and normally takes 2-5 minutes to appear in the start menu
Part 2 - Sign into the Company Portal
6. Once listed in the start menu, open the Company Portal App
7. Enter your school email address and password
8. UNTICK the button to Allow my organization to manage my device and click OK
9. Now this is complete and you can browse the internet!
