Office 365 - Student Self-Service Password Reset (Setup)

As a student at Tenison Woods College, you have the added option of resetting your TWC password via Office 365. This allows you to reset your password if you have forgotten it, without seeing a teacher or the ICT Department.

You have probably seen the link when logging in and may have even tried it before, but recent changes have allowed the ICT Department to enable the 'Forgot my password' link on the Office 365 sign in page. Once setup, students and staff can reset their TWC password at school or home from most devices with an internet connection.

 

 

Staff and Students are provided with 3 different recovery methods:

  1. Personal Email Address
  2. Mobile Phone Number
  3. Security Questions (Min. 4)

 

 

How to Setup?

1. Follow this link (or select the 'Forgot my password' button) and sign-in with your TWC Office 365 details.

 

2. You will see a window asking you to re-enter your password. Proceed to then enter a recovery method of your choice.

 

3. Select, enter, confirm and verify your details on Office 365.
