Hospitality Students Assist at Mount Gambier Gold Cup Carnival

Five Year 10 Academy of Hospitality students served Directors and guests at the Scott Group of Companies Pavilion at the Mount Gambier Racecourse. Working alongside caterers and bar staff, students provided tray service for cocktail foods.
We would like to thank Scott Group of Companies for their kind support and for the opportunity to extend students skills in a formal serving environment within the Mount Gambier community, this is invaluable experience towards final skills evaluation and development of confidence.
