Pancakes were served on Tuesday in Week 6 before Lent began. Traditionally, households used up luxury items like butter and milk before the season of fasting began. Our students embraced this tradition with generosity, donating money and enjoying delicious pancakes. All funds raised are going to support the Caritas Project Compassion.
