Art Therapy Wellbeing Incursion

14.06.24

Our Stage 1 Health and Wellbeing classes had the privilege of welcoming Belinda from Ignite Wellbeing Co. Belinda shared her inspiring journey in the wellbeing field, focusing on her work as a facilitator of Art Therapy. Her presentation provided students with valuable insights into potential careers in health and wellness.

The students actively participated in various regulation techniques through art, guided by Belinda. They also engaged in discussions about different coping and regulation strategies to manage their busy lives effectively. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Belinda for sharing her knowledge and expertise, making a significant impact on our students' understanding of wellbeing.
