R U OK? Day 'I'm here to hear'

25.09.23

On Thursday 14 September, our College community took the pledge and asked ‘R U OK? I’m here to hear’. With a touch of yellow, students and staff helped spread the message of this year’s R U OK? Day theme. From buddy activities across the school, lunchtime activities, face painting, cupcakes, and a staff v student soccer match, there was a sense of fun and camaraderie from our Early Learning Children right up to our Senior Students. Classes in Years 7-11 joined a panel discussion with industry experts, from local agencies such as Headspace. Thank you to our wonderful Student Leaders, who really got behind the message of R U OK? Day

Tenison Woods College respectfully acknowledges the Boandik people are the First Nations people of the Mount Gambier South Eastern region of South Australia and pay respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, past, present and emerging.
