Construction Industry Training Board

During Week 2, 14 of our Year 10 and 11 students were lucky enough to undertake a “Come and Try” day sponsored by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).
Students got to experience many aspects of the construction industry such as brick laying, carpentry and tiling. They also completed their “White Card” qualification which allows them to be on construction sites for work or work experience. Well done to all the students for immersing themselves into this fantastic opportunity.
