Quinn Jennings' Chop for Change!

05.07.23

Year 4 student, Quinn Jennings, is cutting and donating her hair at the end of July to raise money for the Good Friday Appeal and Royal Children’s Hospital.

Quinn’s brother, Patrick, was diagnosed with lymphoma when he was 2 years old, and that day she decided as soon as she could grow her hair long enough she would donate it to raise money for other sick kids like Patrick, so they could get better quicker.

All of the monetary donations Quinn receives will be going to The Good Friday Appeal fund, which is one of the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne’s biggest fundraisers of the year. Quinn will also be donating her hair to Sustainable Salons, who collect hair donations then give them to charitable organisations that create real wigs. Visit Sustainable Salons’ website here.

At the time of writing Quinn has raised $1,527!

Be sure to visit Quinn’s donation link here.

A fantastic initiative, well done, Quinn!
