Mad Minute Grand Challenge

29.06.23

Following the great success of the Lions Mad Minute Competition at school, three year 5 students travelled to Mount Gambier High School to compete against other local schools from the region.

The 2023 competition involved 34 schools and over 1000 students in 59 classes across the Limestone Coast region, culminating in this week's 2 Grand Challenges for the Lower and Upper Limestone Coast - a significant growth over the years from the first individual school based events in 2012.

Our three representatives Saxon Gabrielli, Luke Olivier and Caitlin Barry proudly competed in the Lower Limestone Coast Grand Challenge, against over 40 peers from local schools.

We would like to thank the Rotary Lions Club of Mount Gambier and it's members across the South East for their continued running of this fantastic experience for Year 5 students across the region.

Well done Saxon, Luke and Caitlin!
