Leading from Within Workshops

During the second week of the holidays, College staff participated in the ‘Leading from Within’ workshops run by the Brown Collective.
Leading from Within facilitates self-reflection, developing staff as leaders, and applying their knowledge in a special project that they undertake as part of their Leadership journey during 2023.
We thank Stephen and all the facilitators for their contribution in ensuring our staff reach their potential as leaders for our students and their peers.
