Kobe Cole Represents the College at State Tennis Championships

15.03.23

Kobe Cole made the trip to the Seaside Tennis Club in Adelaide to compete in the Year 9/10 Boys State Tennis Championships on Thursday 9 March.

Kobe came out firing in his first match, knocking the 16th seed out from Henley High School 6-0 inside 40 mins. In Round 2, he was tested by an unseeded and unconventional Seaview player in a match also hindered by light rain. However, Kobe dug deep and outlasted his opponent, prevailing 7-4 in a tiebreak.

This led him to a match-up with the Number 1 seed from Trinity College in Round 3. Kobe played well and had game points in several games before succumbing 6-1. A great experience, nonetheless. Well done, Kobe!
