Academy of Hospitality Volunteers at Italo Australian Club

28.09.22

On Saturday evening 24 September, Academy of Hospitality students, and Tenison Woods College Sugarloaf Café trainee Daniela Ortiz Kaiser, volunteered their time to assist at the Italo-Australian Club to serve a four-course meal a La Serata de La Lupa regional dinner. They worked together with members of the Club community and catering team from Metro Café to serve Bruschetta and Antipasto plates, Paradelle Duck Ragu, Beef Saltimbocca and Lemon Semifreddo to nearly 100 patrons.

Congratulations to Pacifique Baraka, James Taylor, Craig Baker and Daniela Ortiz Kaiser for their professionalism and enthusiasm on the evening – you earned a well-deserved round of applause from the Italo-Australian Club Community, and represented the Academy of Hospitality and Tenison Woods College with both flair and capability.

What an amazing evening of tribute and local history you were able to share with many local professionals and Industry leaders. Well done!
