Acknowledging Queen Elizabeth II

21.09.22

It's with great sadness that we acknowledge the recent passing of Queen Elizabeth II. During her funeral we payed our respects to Her Majesty with the rest of the nation and the world.

Queen Elizabeth and The Duke of Edinburgh visited Mount Gambier in 1954 as part of their Australian tour. The Royal Party made their way to Vansittart Park for a reception in front of more than 6,000 school children and spectators, before driving past the Hospital and the Blue Lake.
