Junior Poplars Collaborative Art

23.03.22

This Term, the Junior Poplars class are working on a collaborative piece of art. Students are exploring a variety of techniques and working together to paint a canvas. So far, they have used foam rollers, masking tape, fingers, and sponges to add texture and imagery to their canvas. Recently, they added their third layer to the Collaborative Canvas, stenciling patterns onto the canvas using sponges. Each session they use a different colour and technique to develop their artistic skills.

Every student has added detail to the artwork, exploring new techniques as they add to their creation.
