SAKG Gardening Lessons

Our SAKG garden lessons offer so many chances for learning life skills – students learn about working together as teams to get jobs done, learn how to grow their own food and how a healthy garden system works.
Our students love to get out into the garden each week and enjoy the sunshine while they work on different tasks to explore and build the environment – this morning they weeded around the 42 garden beds, mulched, raked the walkways and watered in the mulch before the wind could blow the mulch away.
