World’s Greatest Shave

04.08.21

ELCC Educator, Rachel Calliss, has taken part in the World's Greatest Shave! Be sure to visit the link to donate to Rachel at, http://my.leukaemiafoundation.org.au/rachelcalliss.

"My younger sister, Miriam, was diagnosed with Leukaemia in April, so to support her as she fights this terrible cancer, my oldest sister and I decided to shave our heads. We did this two weeks ago so I do have a little bit of hair growth already. Miriam is completely bald now but is happy that she still has her eyebrows. Currently we have raised over $6,800 but are still accepting donations."

All money raised will go towards much needed research as well as support for patients and their families. A tremendous effort, Rachel!
