Academy of Hospitality Placements @ The Fringe

24.03.21

Academy of Hospitality students have helped at Limestone Coast Pantry over The Fringe season and what a great experience that has been for all! Students have worked on a roster to support staff at The Pantry while developing their service and communication skills for assessment in an authentic workplace setting.

The College would like to thank Lyn McLachlan at The Pantry for supporting the students during their placement and for providing the opportunity to Tenison Woods College to collaborate as an industry training partner. Not only have these sessions provided an extension task for the students, but also allowing students the opportunity to have experienced the diversity of industry and assisted the local community in the process.

Thank you to Mia Watt and Jess Stutley (Artscape), Isla Dickson and Bree Robinson (Nathan Cavaleri), Molly Livingstone and Jaimee Smith (Limestone Interact), Craig Baker and Kyra Hamilton (Morrison’s Jazz Club), Kyra Hamilton and Ellie Mullan (Sophisticated Ladies), Lachie Lynch and Seb Swyny (Calamari Pantry Party) and Piper de Nys and Tahlia Geraghty (Jukebox Jam) for your support, enthusiasm and professionalism, the College is very proud of you.
