Bignell Brothers Compete at State Swimming Championships

Year 10 student Thomas Bignell and his younger brother Year 9 Nicholas Bignell competed at the 2020 South Australia Short Course Swimming State Championships in Adelaide during the School Holidays. Thomas won a silver medal in the 50 metre Breaststroke, a bronze medal in both 100 metre Breaststroke and 200 metre Breaststroke. After all heats were completed, Thomas finished 9th overall in the 200 metre Breaststroke. Nicholas swam a personal best in the 50 metre Breaststroke, beating his old record by 2.9 seconds.

Well done to the boys on their achievements. They represented South Australia proudly!
