On Thursday 6 August the College Year 8/9 boys football team played against Mount Gambier High School and Naracoorte High School in the Regional Knockout Competition.

The team had a strong start with fantastic movement and play, enabling plenty of scoring. The boys took every opportunity for contesting throughout the day, which then gave them a strong lead against Mount Gambier High and Naracoorte High.

The boys won their first game against Mount Gambier High, and then competed against Naracoorte High in the final, where our team were victorious.

The teams’ strength, fantastic form and team work was of high levels throughout the day with the final scores: Tenison Woods College (88) defeated Mount Gambier High School (12) Tenison Woods College (81) defeated Naracoorte High School (9)
