College Staff Professional Development Day

10.06.20

Congratulations to our Teaching Staff for a wonderful two days of Curriculum planning sessions, forming the future of learning at Tenison Woods College. Staff came together in teams to collaborate, bringing their ideas and passion to develop the Curriculum for 2021 and beyond. Our learners have a lot to look forward to, with some very exciting subjects on offer!

In addition to the above sessions, on Thursday, David Kelly from Life Buoyancy Institute ran Resilient IMPACT Training sessions which were enjoyed by staff. This was David’s fourth visit to the College.

On Friday, Education Support Officers and Office Staff were treated to information sessions from Scott Dickson, Craig Neumann and David Mezinec along with a surprise guest via zoom link, live from Los Angeles California; inspirational speaker Sebastian Terry. Sebastian is the creator of ‘Seb100things’ and shared some wonderful insights around living your best life, sharing kindness, and helping yourself while helping others along the journey. We thank Sebastian for his time!

We are proud of what we have achieved, and look forward to the future of our College.
