Colby Ind Shining In Canberra

05.03.20

We congratulate Year 6 student Colby Ind on his application for a scholarship to participate and be involved in the National Plastics Summit. Colby was chosen along with 14 other Cub Scouts across Australia.

The summit explored new ways of remanufacturing, which ultimately will create further employment and establish a wide understanding of how important recycling strategies are. Colby attended the summit in Canberra on Monday 2 March, where Prime Minister Scott Morrison also made an appearance. A big congratulations to Colby on such a significant achievement. A great example of shining bravely at Tenison Woods College!

Tenison Woods College respectfully acknowledges the Boandik people are the First Nations people of the Mount Gambier South Eastern region of South Australia and pay respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, past, present and emerging.
