Students Talents Recognised

Students Talents Recognised Tenison Woods College students Truman Schrader, Elliot Fisher, Josh Cornolo, Liam Turley, Jed Matthews, Harry Fisher, Connor Prior, Mitch Cornolo, and Hamish Case have been recognised for their cricket efforts by being selected into the Mount Gambier and District Association U/17 side.
Year 12 student Chloe McKenzie was selected to join the girls team. The U/17 boys side embarked to Warrnambool to play against 10 different teams from around the state, over a gruelling five-day competition. Additionally, Jared Kuhl and Elliott Fisher’s cricketing talents had been shown off by being selected into a Western Wave representative team. Jared impressed selectors after he was picked to play against the best Victorian youngsters in the Cricket Victoria Super Series. Cricket Victoria Greater Western region coach, Stephen Field, said Kuhl’s ‘Natural ability separated him from the pack’. A big congratulations to Hamish Case who was selected in the Sate Cricket Team.
