Last Thursday, ten of our 2020 School Captain candidates delivered a 5-minute speech to the Year 7 -11 students; informing them a little about themselves, what leadership they have been involved in and why they should be voted for School Captain. As a part of the process they were firstly nominated by two people, completed a written application and underwent an interview with a panel. All of the candidates were most impressive and enthusiastic about their visions for the role and the voting could have gone to any of the 10 candidates. However, we are very pleased to announce that the Tenison Woods College 2020 School Captains are Jessica Snell and Ethan Herpich!

We sincerely thank all of the candidates for their time and preparation into their application. We are now asking these candidates and all Year 11 students to apply for one of the leadership roles below, to form the 2020 Student Leadership team.

Each of these roles will be overseen by a leadership staff member and will be working across the college. These roles will be announced at the whole school assembly in Week 5.
