Last week the College’s “Pam Ronan Centre” celebrated its 10th birthday.

Originally named the Flexible Learning Centre (FLC), The $4 Million project was officially opened on 18 September 2009 adding ten extra learning areas for the College’s Senior School.

Within the building is the senior school administration centre, staffrooms, a multi-function lecture theatre, gym and weights room, a cafe, along with private study spaces and Student common areas.

In 2011, newly appointed Principal David Mezinec revealed that the FLC would be re-named the “Pam Ronan Centre”. Pam Ronan was College Principal from the amalgamation with St Paul’s in 2001 until 2010 and was pivotal in the development of the building. The centre is named in her honour for ‘the outstanding service she provided as Principal of Tenison Woods College’.
