23.08.19

Each year, the District Council of Grant awards scholarships to eligible Students who live in the Grant District.

Operating since 2010, the program gifts $500 scholarships to Year 10-12 Students who have demonstrated academic achievement, together with a commitment to the values and ethos of the school and local community and have an exemplary attendance record. Nominations are invited from Students between February and April each year, and are assessed by members of the Senior School.

This year, Year 12 Student Jocelyn Patzel was the successful recipient. District Council of Grant Mayor, Richard Sage, presented Jocelyn the award during a recent school assembly. Jocelyn is to be congratulated for this outstanding achievement.
