Go M.A.D (Make. A. Difference.)
Students are inspired by the words of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop, "Never see a need without doing something about it", to examine community needs and determine meaningful actions to address them.
Students engage in dialogue and reflection, understanding their value and role as active global citizens and how the Church plays a vital role in making a difference to many people and communities.
Through visits and research, this initiative allows students to explore various organisations within local and Australian communities that provide assistance, such as the St Vincent de Paul Society and Foodbank.
Additionally, students have the opportunity to mentor Junior School Mission Leaders and STARS, supporting their social justice projects and events.
