Subject Description

Master of Meals

Students will create delightful meals that will enhance their abilities to become a Master of Meals. Students will learn from some of the best chefs around the world and get to practice using unique techniques and methods.

Students will learn about food preparation, cooking methods, presentation techniques and styling. Students will be able to access varieties of technologies in the kitchen and will learn about safety and hygiene in the kitchen which will help them in future Food and Hospitality subjects.
