Subject Description

Art Bootcamp 

Students will work in the Art Studio to develop drawing, painting and sculpting techniques. They will undertake various exercises to strengthen powers of observation and get creative juices flowing. This subject is aimed at developing confidence, skills and knowledge for students with any ability, it is tailored to the individual to ensure learning and engagement at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Content

Students will identify and analyse how artists use elements to communicate ideas and apply this knowledge in personal art.

Students will have a folio that demonstrates the development of artistic skills, as well as created works of art for display.
