Today we started with a mass in English. We had lots of student volunteers and Teangi even sung the gospel acclamation.
This morning was culture day, where we got to experience traditional dance from the students. Our talented group sung the national anthem, Harriet danced a lyrical beautifully, Fr Olek played the guitar and Halle sung blackbird and Ben played the organ and sung Another Love.
We presented the Timor-Leste exchange delegation with some Tenison Woods College bags and it has been lovely getting to know them during our visit. We also gifted Fr Godhino with four computers for the staff at the College.
After dancing and some delicious chocolate cake from Silvia, everyone rested or just hung out with the kids. We had a lazy afternoon hanging with the kids, catching up on sleep before a quick drive to visit a grotto. We are sad to be saying good bye tomorrow so making the most of time left.
