On Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 May, over 30 students and staff participated in the Generations in Jazz Festival. Held at the Barn, this Festival attracts over 5000 students from around Australia who participate in the biggest school music festival in the Southern Hemisphere. The annual Festival combines band competitions, choir competitions, workshops, concerts and always inspires our students.
With performances from international and national musicians, students love the atmosphere created by being amongst so many music-loving students. Our Tenison Woods College students performed extremely well and we are very proud of their success...

GRIP Leadership Conference |
On Thursday 3 May, 20 Year 6 and 7 Student Leaders were fortunate enough to attend the 2018 GRIP (Generosity, Responsibility, Integrity, People) Leadership Conference at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre. Students listened to presentations, participated in interactive activities, had discussions with student leaders from across the region and enjoyed some fun games. Importantly, at the end of the day, they worked together to plan some action back here at Tenison Woods College.
A second GRIP Forum was held on Friday 4 May for Year 8-9 students.
