Year 10 students Mitchell Evans and Faith Bierwith-Leigh have been working with Graphic Design teacher Yunita Manfrin over the term to produce a logo to a specific design brief for the Academy of Hospitality. 

The students have factored in some basic design requirements and incorporated their work through collaborative procedures to provide a design for feedback, which was then adjusted for final submission. 

The logo will be used throughout the Sugarloaf Cafe to brand work created by the Academy of Hospitality, this is an exciting project for the College as students have worked in a real-world environment to produce an industry standard product for a real world client.

Many thanks to Mitch, Faith and Yunita for their help in creating this logo which will appear throughout the College in various applications over the terms to come.

Students were acknowledged at a morning Tea for their contribution to this project with PR and Events manager Jess Herring, Yunita Manfrin and Hospitality Teacher Jen McCourt.
