During Visual Art lessons this term, Year 4 students have learnt how to make pom poms using coloured wool. They have created their own templates and then wound coloured wool of their choice around the templates.
After completing one or two pom poms, students then added features using items such as felt, googly eyes, recyclables and/or objects from nature.
Some examples shown here have been created by the following textile artists: Esaie Kulimushi, Clare Baseley, Henry Skirving, Gabriel Strachan, Zahn Batty and Ava Prosperi-Porta.
