Over the last week the Library has been transformed into a puppet paradise as they displayed all the wonderful entries for the 2019 ‘Library Lovers’ Day Competition. Please come along to the Library this week for a look before or after school to see the brilliant and creative entries.
To enter, students were asked to construct a shadow puppet model showcasing their favourite books.
We especially congratulate Bonny de Nys for winning best overall entry with a puppet show featuring an innovative rotating background.
Other winners were Jaxx Johnston, Jack Humphries, Chloe Toogood, Isabella Fielding and Lily Milich, Asifiwe Emmanuel Grace and Charlie Evans.
The winners will enjoy a delicious morning tea in the Sugarloaf Café to celebrate their creativity.
Runner up certificates were presented to Jessica Oxlade, Duke Bradley, Rory Smith, Maddie Dennis, Mckayla Maney, Layla Sneath, Aidan Salmon, Charlee Spicer and Maggie Collins.
