The 2018 Tenison Woods College Year 6-11 (Lesson 7 &8) Cross Country will be held on next Tuesday 13 November. The event will be held from 2:00 until 3:10pm.

This is a compulsory school event and all students are expected to complete one of the two courses available.

Championship Course: This is for students who are competent runners and would like to challenge themselves over a 5 km mountain trail course that travels along the Blue Gum Trail, Valley Lake Trail, Potters Point & back into school.

Walkers Course: For all other students who are not competing in the championship course. Students are permitted to walk if they are more suited to this form of exercise, but all students are encouraged to run all or part of the course.

Students are allowed to wear their PE uniform to school for the day but it must be full Tenison Woods College PE uniform. Students must also bring a drink bottle for the event.
