Newsroom
Tomorrow evening, 20 September from 5:30-6:30pm we will be celebrating ‘The Reading Hour’ at Tenison Woods College. The Reading Hour is national reading event held annually to celebrate and promote the importance of reading for all.
We invite students from the Early Learning Centre and the Junior School to come along with siblings and families to join us for a special hour of celebrations in the Library! Children are encouraged to wear pyjamas and may also bring along a teddy, pillow or blanket to snuggle up with during Story Time. This year, we will be offering a basic craft activity as part of the evening and children will be invited to create a special book mark to take home. To help with resource preparation, we would appreciate it if families could rsvp to this event.
Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact Katie Window via telephone on (08) 8725 5455 or email windk@tenison.catholic.edu.au
We are looking forward to sharing this special time with families and hope to see many of you on the night!
