Try-A-Trade Day

On Friday 17 August a group of year 10 students enjoyed a Try-A-Trade day at TAFE.The students were able to try Automotive, Plumbing, Electro technology, Painting, Brick Laying, Carpentry and Cabinet Making, Hair and Beauty, Metal Fabrication and Cookery. 18 students participated and were able to enjoy the practical components of each of these areas.The students had a very rewarding day and were able to get a feel for what these jobs entailed and the training required in each field.
