Newsroom
The National NAPLAN testing is well underway and here at Tenison Woods College we are proud to be one of the first large regional schools to embrace the new NAPLAN online testing. Our students are among 20 per cent of students across six states and territories to take on the new online format.
As part of the transition over to online, teachers have had to undertake training to ensure that everything runs smoothly during the testing. The online format is a significant progress for staff and families, as results will be available much earlier than the written tests. NAPLAN began Tuesday 15 May and testing will conclude next Friday 25 May.
Students taking part in the NAPLAN testing (Year 3, 5, 7 and 9) have found the online format to be much more engaging with interactive tools and audio prompts.
