School Fee Statements
Please be aware that school fee statements will be posted out this week. Please check your statements carefully for payments and invoices that need to be paid. If you do not already have a payment plan in place, your Semester 1 School Fees are now overdue. Please make payment as soon as possible or contact the finance team to discuss your options.
Payment Plan
Time is running out to setup a payment plan for your school fees. If you are interested in finding out more about this payment option, please contact the finance team for more information.
Are you missing any payments on your school fees account? Please check your school fee statements carefully to ensure that all your payments have been applied to your account. If you find there are any payments missing, please contact the finance team as soon as possible with the details so we can follow this up for you.
Invoicing
In an attempt to minimise the costs of postage and handling, the school no longer sends out individual invoices if less than $25.00. If your child is participating in non-curricular activities, or you have been notified of any small costs associated with events, text books, or excursions where the cost is for less than $25.00, please check your statements carefully as the invoices will appear on your statement. These invoices are not included in payment plans (unless previously arranged with the school) and will need to be paid within 14 days of receiving your statement.
School Card
A reminder to families that School Card needs to be applied for each year. This year, the 2018 School Card limits have been increased to include families with a combined income of less than $57,870.00 for the 2016/2017 Financial Year. If you think you may be eligible for School Card and haven’t already applied, please contact our finance team for an application form. Alternatively, you can visit www.sa.gov.au for more information or visit the School Card website.
