On 9 April, our very own onsite gym, EFM, is starting an 8-week challenge open to staff, students (year 10 and above), parents and the public.
Staff will be able to salary sacrifice their payments and there will be discounts for students and parents.
Participants will have full access to the group personal training sessions as well as classes (40 hours a week to choose from). Each person will be provided with personal nutrition targets and will receive support over the 8 weeks to reach their goals.
There is also the option to have a bio-age test done before and after the challenge.
There are only 20 places available in the challenge. If you are interested, please contact us via our Facebook page or by emailing mtgambier@efm.net.au. If you’re not already a member, now is your chance to sign up! The last day to register for the challenge is Thursday 5 April, 2018.
