Faith in Action Awards Year 6 to 9
The Faith in Action Awards are presented to a student from each grade of the Middle School who has contributed to the betterment of the school or wider community. The nominations for these awards come from parishioners, parents, members of the community, staff or students. If you know a student who you would like to nominate please pick up a nomination form from the College Front Office, the Parish office or email myself (cootm@tenison.catholic.edu.au) to have one emailed to you. Nominations close Monday 20 November.
Youth Mass
There is a Youth Mass this Sunday at 5.00pm in St Paul’s Church. We would love to see you there.
Sacrament Program 2017-2018
Family Session A will be held this Thursday 9 November in the Staffroom at Tenison Woods College. There are 2 sessions available: 4.30 – 5.30pm or 7.00 – 8.00pm. Parents and their child are required to attend one of these sessions.
ACYF Morning Tea
On Sunday 12 November there will be a special morning tea after 9.00am mass in Millicent to support the group going to the ACYF in Sydney in December. There will be a bus leaving Tenison Woods College at 8.00am and returning at 12 noon for anyone who would like to attend. Millicent families are encouraged to attend.
November – a month to remember
During the month of November, we remember the Saints and ask them to pray for us and we pray for family and friends who have died. There is a book in the Chapel and all members of the school community are invited to add the names of their deceased family and friends. During the month of November we will keep the people who are named, and their loved ones, in our prayers.
McAuley and Woods House Days
Wednesday 15 November - Woods House Celebration Day
Thursday 16 November – McAuley House Celebration Day
On these days, students who are in these houses are able to wear their PE uniform and have a shared lunch. Please bring a plate of food to share and deliver it to the Multi Purpose Room before school – or deliver hot at 1.15pm.
Term 4 Masses at the College
All masses at the College are held in the Chapel unless otherwise stated. All are welcome to attend.
