Lenten Season and Project Compassion – Awareness is great. Action is better!

Our community is developing a range of communal actions during the Lenten season to bring about change in our world. Fundraising throughout the six weeks of Lent will contribute to Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion Campaign “For a Just Future.”

Remember that through Lent we are asking for your help to raise money through Project Compassion. By doing so, your donation can help communities all around the world...

This Friday 9 March is the 2018 Reception - Year 2 Sports Day at Tenison Woods College.

Need a tutor? Studiosity is our free online tutoring service

We remind families that students of Tenison Woods College in years 8-12 have access to a free online tutoring service. Students are able to connect to expert tutors for live, one-to-one conversations about homework, assignments and exam preparation from 3:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday...

Today, Wednesday 7 March saw the College’s Year 9’s head off on their annual retreat. The students spent the day taking part in group activities within the grounds of St Paul’s Church. They spent time reflecting, focusing on team work and environmental awareness, as well as a session on leadership in catholic context.

Recently retired Poplars Manager, Gill Clayfield, is collecting used clean underwear, summer clothing and small toys for a poor Cambodian Village. Underwear is a luxury that many in Cambodia cannot afford. Rather than discard outgrown underwear, why not donate to those who really need it...

On Monday 5 March the Tenison Woods College Open Boys cricket team faced off against Mount Gambier High School. After winning the toss, captain Sam Willis elected to bat first...

The second annual Mount Gambier Melanoma March took place on Sunday 4 March, raising awareness and funds for melanoma research...

Once again, we will be attending the annual South East Field Days at Yakka Park, Lucindale on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 March, 2018.

Come and visit some of our staff and students at site 27 in the Yakka Pavilion. We look forward to seeing you there!

We will be continuing the tradition of celebrating cultural diversity in our community by holding a Taste of Harmony dinner on Wednesday 21 March, 2018...

From 28 May – 1 June 2018, SAPSASA will be hosting its annual Football and Netball tournaments in Adelaide. The Lower South East District will be holding trials for both Netball (Monday 19 March) and Football (Tuesday 20 March). The tryout for each sport will be conducted over three stages to give the selectors the best chance of picking their team.

Nomination forms must be completed and returned to the PE Office by Tuesday 13 March.
